Once this 360° degree examination and analysis has been completed and discussed with management, a multifaceted Turnaround Project Plan will be developed by Abraham, Cutter and presented for approval – usually in two to four weeks. Thereafter, weekly review meetings will be scheduled with company management to measure and assess the progress under the plan. This allows for adjustments or corrective actions as necessary to remain on course toward the goals agreed upon. Since every organization, and every situation, has unique circumstances and characteristics, each Turnaround Project Plan will be custom-tailored for that client.
